Things I've learned: Sleep is the world's most powerful drug. Be in your bed for eight hours, same bedtime every night, any time before midnight. Don't scroll before bed, eat light foods for dinner, no screen one hour before bed, avoid added sugar, refined food, and ultra-processed food. Turn all alerts off at the door, eat whole foods. Walk a little outside, get fresh air that keeps your heart rate high regularly. Avoid excessive caffeine during the week, floss, brush your teeth properly morning and night. Make an effort to drink water, get sunlight when you wake up. Protect your skin at midday. Stand up straight in the sun. See at least one friend a week. Avoid plastic where you can, keep air circulating in the room. And when stressed, breathe. Go to the dentist. Avoid sitting for long time. Protect your hearing. Alcohol is bad.
